Chicken Casserole

2 cups chicken - cooked and cubed / shredded;
1 cup cheddar cheese;
1 cup white rice (I use minute rice);
2 cans chicken broth;
1 can cream of chicken soup (last night I used cream of cheddar and it was good!);
pepper to taste

put the chicken in the casserole dish, top w/ rice and cheese (the rice is uncooked), stir broth and soup and add pepper if you want and pour over the chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 60 minutes!
